What you will do

• Design and execute primary research projects, including questionnaire design, fieldwork management, and reporting.
• Conduct secondary research through exploratory desk research, Boolean searches, and taxonomies.
• Perform thorough data analysis to identify relevant trends and insights for clients.
• Produce research reports and client presentations utilizing visual storytelling techniques.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously across different subject areas and methodologies.
• Collaborate with senior team members to identify and analyze critical data sources.

Requirements

• Degree in business, communications, social/political science, statistics, mathematics, or economics.
• Previous experience in research, brand, media, PR, or consumer marketing insights agencies.
• Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
• Strong understanding of the Middle East region, including its cultural nuances and geopolitical landscape.
• Experience with listening tools (Brandwatch, TalkWalker, Synthesio) and audience profiling tools (GWI, Demographics Pro).
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

Nice to have

• Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Arabic.
