What you will do

• Act as the DMPK and Bioanalytical Lead on multidisciplinary project teams.
• Shape and deliver PK and bioanalytical strategies for biotherapeutic programs.
• Oversee bioanalytical method development, qualification, and validation.
• Manage CRO relationships, including vendor audits and assay troubleshooting.
• Contribute to regulatory data packages and interactions with health authorities.
• Review and influence systems and procedures to support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Protein Sciences, or related field.
• 11+ years (BS), 9+ years (MS), or 6-8+ years (PhD) of relevant employment experience.
• Deep expertise in DMPK and bioanalytical science for large-molecule therapeutics.
• Strong experience working with CROs in regulated environments (GLP/GxP).
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetics software such as Phoenix WinNonlin.
• Ability to provide scientific leadership on complex project assignments.
