What you will do

• Lead and supervise complex ADME discovery and development studies as a study director or principal investigator.
• Develop new ADME technologies and implement process improvements.
• Perform method validation and complex troubleshooting to solve scientific challenges.
• Write comprehensive reports and present findings clearly to stakeholders.
• Train junior scientists and review technical calculations and records.
• Participate in the development and review of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

• PhD with 0-3 years, Master’s with 8+ years, or Bachelor’s with 10+ years of related experience in Biology, Chemistry, or a related physical science.
• Expertise in advanced experimental methods and techniques relevant to the ADME field.
• Proven ability to act independently, demonstrate scientific creativity, and propose new methodologies.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to work in a laboratory setting with exposure to biohazards and chemicals while adhering to safety protocols.
• Must be able to work on-site in Cranbury, NJ.
