What you will do

• Design and evolve the Microsoft 365 platform architecture across core services.
• Act as the L3 technical expert for complex incidents and root cause analysis.
• Implement and enforce governance, security, and compliance policies using Purview and DLP.
• Prepare and secure the environment for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployment.
• Automate platform operations using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, and CI/CD practices.
• Collaborate with security, identity, and digital workplace teams to ensure enterprise alignment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 platform engineering or administration.
• Strong expertise in Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform, and Copilot.
• Proven experience in platform governance, security, and compliance.
• Strong scripting and automation skills with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Fluent in English and French required.
• Experience managing complex incidents and L3 support activities.
