What you will do

• Lead the Support & Workstation team using a player-coach approach, managing roadmaps and operational KPIs.
• Manage a multi-OS fleet (macOS, Windows, Linux) using JAMF and Intune.
• Administrate collaborative tools including Atlassian (JSM, Confluence) and Google Workspace.
• Optimize SAAS tool governance, license costs, and vendor relationships.
• Implement AI (Dust) and Zapier workflows to automate ticket routing and manual tasks.
• Execute strategic projects such as meeting room hardware migration and office moves.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in IT support and workstation management with proven multi-project leadership.
• Expertise in MDM tools: JAMF (macOS), Intune (Windows), and GLPI.
• Advanced configuration skills in Atlassian JSM and Google Workspace admin.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Bash, PowerShell, or Python.
• Experience with video conferencing systems (Zoom, Google Meet, Cisco/Poly).
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Paris, France.
