What you will do

• Lead commercial triage and due diligence for new business development and external innovation opportunities.
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive landscaping, and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate early commercial planning for internal pipeline products, including indication prioritization and business case development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, medical affairs, and finance to ensure alignment on commercial strategy.
• Synthesize complex findings into actionable recommendations for leadership teams.
• Support pre-launch activities and transition strategies for assets moving into global brand teams.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (PhD, MD, or MS) in Life Sciences or MBA required.
• 3-5 years of experience in early commercial/BD roles in biopharma or life sciences strategy consulting.
• Strong expertise in oncology and rare disease therapeutic areas.
• Proven ability to manage parallel workstreams and deliver high-quality strategic outputs.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for business modeling and presentations.
• Fluency in English is required.
