What you will do

• Support the planning and execution of global customer education and training programs across the brand portfolio.
• Coordinate global KOL activities including advisory boards, speaker programs, and congress engagement.
• Ensure all activities are delivered in full compliance with internal SOPs and governance requirements.
• Maintain KOL mapping, segmentation tools, and facilitate alignment between global and local affiliate teams.
• Lead post-congress reporting and consolidate insights to inform future commercial strategy.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, market access, legal, and compliance teams.

Requirements

• Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
• Solid experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry in marketing, training, or customer engagement roles.
• Proven experience in HCP education, training programs, or congress activities at national, regional, or global levels.
• Strong marketing experience in one of the top 5 European markets or North America.
• Degree-level education, ideally in life sciences or business studies.

Nice to have

• Regional or global marketing experience.
• Knowledge or previous experience with Veeva PromoMats.
• Proficiency in French.
