What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Front Arena analytics, trading, and risk management tools.
• Engage with traders, quants, and risk managers to translate complex business requirements into functional specifications.
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle and implementation of new features for equity derivatives trading desks.
• Support the redesign and implementation of market-making, position management, and trade booking systems.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure tools are performant and compliant with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience with Front Arena and deep understanding of its core technologies.
• 5+ years of hands-on development experience within Front Arena or similar trading environments.
• Extensive knowledge of equity and equity derivatives products in European and Asian markets.
• Proven track record in delivering front-office trading or analytics tools.
• Experience working with agile frameworks like SAFe or Scrum and DevOps practices.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with 3-5 years of experience working directly with front, risk, or mid-office teams.
