What you will do
- Collaborate with brand teams to shape and execute customer engagement plans aligned with business priorities.
- Design and implement customer journeys that connect channels, content, and touchpoints into consistent experiences.
- Monitor engagement data and KPIs to provide actionable recommendations for brand performance improvement.
- Support the effective use of CRM and omnichannel platforms to strengthen execution quality.
- Promote a culture of customer-centricity and test-and-learn innovation across the affiliate.
- Coordinate with field, medical, and access teams to ensure synergistic value creation for customers.
Requirements
- Fluent in English
- Experience in omnichannel and digital customer engagement within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Proven ability to translate strategy and data into practical customer journeys and measurable actions.
- Strong project management skills with experience using CRM and omnichannel platforms like Veeva.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in KPI measurement and performance trend analysis.
- University degree in business, digital communication, or bioscience.
