What you will do

• Populate and maintain the completions database for mechanical and piping systems using KKS tag structure.
• Develop, issue, and control ITRs and QC checksheets in accordance with project ITPs and ASME/BS EN codes.
• Compile System Turnover Packages (STPs) and Mechanical Completion dossiers (LTQRs) including NDT and pressure test records.
• Lead discipline walkdowns (RFW, MC, RFSU) and manage the A, B, and C punch lists through to clearance.
• Coordinate the technical handover of rotating equipment with vendors such as MAN Energy Solutions and Baker Hughes.
• Interface daily with the Commissioning Manager to sequence handovers according to the critical path.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as an M&P Completions Engineer on major process or power projects.
• Proficiency in completions management systems (e.g., WinPCS, GoCompletions, Hexagon, Cora).
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, isometrics, and rotating equipment datasheets.
• Knowledge of QC activities including weld inspection, NDT, pressure testing, and alignment.
• Right to work in the UK and a valid CSCS card (Supervisor or Manager grade).
• SSSTS or SMSTS certification.

Nice to have

• Experience with FOAK/novel technology projects (LAES, Hydrogen, CCS).
• CSWIP 3.1, PCN/ASNT NDT awareness, or a welding/inspection background.
• Engineering degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
• NEBOSH General Certificate.
