What you will do

• Provide operational leadership to the Creative Services team, ensuring clear priorities and support.
• Own the planning and delivery of marketing assets to align with goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Design and maintain delivery frameworks, including timelines, review gates, and decision points.
• Manage a broad network of stakeholders across Publishing, Game Teams, and Senior Studio leadership.
• Translate strategic and creative direction into actionable, executable plans.

Requirements

• Strong background in marketing delivery, campaign operations, or project management in complex environments.
• Experience in people management and leading high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of designing scalable delivery systems and workflows.
• Experience overseeing creative asset production, preferably within the games industry.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and balance competing priorities.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Espoo, Finland.
