What you will do

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices to control expenses and ensure payment accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to monitor invoices and obtain necessary approvals from managers.
• Manage vendor payments, resolve discrepancies, and monitor discount opportunities.
• Generate BIR reports and calculate applicable taxes on paid invoices and outstanding payables.
• Perform monthly statement reconciliations and manage petty cash disbursements.
• Assist in financial audits and maintain historical financial records.

Requirements

• Degree in a business-related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in Accounts Payable.
• Proven experience in tracking budget expenses.
• High level of attention to detail, organization, and thoroughness.
• Ability to manage vendor and bank relationships and work independently.
