What you will do

• Lead the development and creation of high-quality visual assets for all internal communications channels, including executive decks and company-wide presentations.
• Own the full creative management and production of quarterly all-employee Company Meetings and internal branding across 8 sites.
• Provide creative direction and clear briefs to a Junior Video Editor, overseeing filming and post-production.
• Collaborate as a trusted creative partner with senior stakeholders and the Brand Marketing team.
• Simplify complex business messages into clear, polished, and impactful visual narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of brand design, typography, layout, and composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Apple Keynote.
• Proven experience in stakeholder management and the ability to handle complex priorities under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting design concepts.
