About the Role
You will advise business teams on complex legal and regulatory issues, translating legal analysis into clear, actionable guidance. You will develop strategies to evaluate business risk, build scalable legal processes, support compliance with U.S. and international laws, continuously research evolving legal frameworks, and take ownership of legal projects under tight deadlines.
Requirements
- License to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction or equivalent in the Republic of Ireland or the United Kingdom
- 4 years at a top law firm or 3 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Excellent problem solving skills, judgment, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines and act decisively
- Ability to take ownership of projects and concisely turn legal analysis into action
- Preferred: prior experience with and detailed knowledge of blockchain technology
- Preferred: experience presenting complex compliance and regulatory issues clearly and providing practical legal advice
- Preferred: experience counseling non-lawyer clients in the blockchain industry or consumer technology industry
- Preferred: familiarity with legal regimes impacting decentralized finance and open-source software licensing
