What you will do

• Monitor and ensure compliance with EU, US, and UK international sanctions regulations.
• Manage internal and external data protection matters, including GDPR and other privacy regulations.
• Supervise internal compliance processes, specifically conducting KYC and KYS procedures.
• Perform DPIAs, LIAs, and TIAs, and draft privacy documentation.
• Handle service abuse notices, takedown requests, and disclosure requests from authorities and copyright holders.
• Coordinate with banks, authorities, and internal departments to identify and escalate compliance risks.

Requirements

• Legal education or at least 1 year of experience in compliance, privacy, or a related field.
• Knowledge of GDPR and international sanctions frameworks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with regulatory authorities and banks.

Nice to have

• Certificates or completed training courses in compliance and privacy.
• Prior experience working within the IT or Cloud sector.
