Focus on collaborating with product and marketing teams, drafting/reviewing contracts, developing internal policies, and supporting business growth through compliant solutions.

Location: Work from anywhere in the world, with offices available in Kaunas or Vilnius (Lithuania), or Indonesia.

Salary: €3,700–€4,700 gross per month (discussed individually based on experience).

What you will do

• Assess legal risks for products and features, ensuring compliance with laws like DSA, DMCA, and advertising directives.
• Collaborate with product, marketing, and cross-functional teams to develop legally compliant solutions.
• Stay proactive on regulatory developments in hosting/domain industries and implement necessary actions.
• Draft, review, negotiate commercial contracts (software, vendors, marketing).
• Develop/update internal procedures, standard agreements, and processes for compliance and efficiency.
• Handle special projects, legal initiatives, and compliance efforts.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) and minimum 4 years hands-on legal experience post-graduation (in-house or law firm, preferably tech sector).
• Strong curiosity to investigate unfamiliar legal issues.
• Proficiency in providing legal guidance across diverse matters, navigating ambiguity, prioritizing tasks.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, analytical, communication, and team skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication in Lithuanian and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with regulatory or IP law matters.
