TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET)

What you will do

  • Enforce and defend IP and trademark rights across apps, websites, funnels, and visual identity.
  • Detect and assess infringements, imitation patterns, and borderline practices in digital markets.
  • Lead takedown processes, cease-and-desist actions, and platform complaints for rapid outcomes.
  • Develop legal strategies that materially restrict the ability of infringing competitors to operate.
  • Monitor digital ecosystems to identify emerging risks and opportunities for legal leverage.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and executive teams to ensure IP protection is embedded early in development.

Requirements

  • Strong background in intellectual property and trademark law, ideally within tech or mobile apps.
  • Proven experience in IP enforcement, takedowns, and cross-platform complaints.
  • Ability to translate complex legal frameworks into practical business strategy.
  • English: Excellent written and spoken proficiency (C1+) required.
  • Location: Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
  • Capacity to operate autonomously with high discretion in fast-moving environments.
