What you will do

• Derive customer groups for migrations based on predefined criteria and data flags.
• Prepare, validate, and deliver datasets to business and technical stakeholders.
• Perform detailed data checks to support migration decision-making.
• Transition data handling from Excel to optimized Python-based workflows.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical feasibility.
• Maintain clear documentation in Confluence to ensure traceability.

Requirements

• Must be based in the European Union with a valid work permit.
• Strong experience in data handling and preparation with large, complex datasets.
• Advanced Excel skills and practical experience with Python for data processing.
• Solid business analysis skills and ability to translate stakeholder needs into data requirements.
• Experience in system or data migration projects.
• Very good English communication skills.
• Practical experience using AI-powered assistants for productivity.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
• Experience in large corporate or enterprise environments.
• Exposure to Salesforce or CRM-related data.
• Experience applying GenAI within the SDLC.
