What you will do

• Orchestrate platform adoption and business transformation across the APAC region in collaboration with global teams.
• Translate global platform strategy into measurable regional business outcomes and growth objectives.
• Identify and prioritize high-ROI initiatives and assess capability gaps across people, process, data, and technology.
• Develop and execute regional transformation plans, establishing success metrics and governance mechanisms.
• Operationalize platform capabilities including AI, SMB pricing, margin management, and commercial execution.
• Utilize platform data and analytics to unlock regional business opportunities and optimize customer behavior.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise transformation, platform-led business models, or data/tech-enabled change.
• Proven experience operating at a regional or multi-country level within a matrixed global organization.
• Strong commercial orientation with a track record of driving margin and operational efficiency.
• Ability to influence senior executives and country leaders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
