🔥 QA Lead (Commodity Trading / CTRM Platform)
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead to join a long-term project in the commodity trading domain. The product is a complex CTRM (Commodity Trading & Risk Management) platform for the B2B segment, covering trading, banking, logistics, and document management modules.
You will be responsible for building QA processes from the ground up, leading a QA team, and ensuring high product quality across multiple parallel streams in a fast-growing environment.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in QA, including 1–2+ years in a Lead role
Strong knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies
Solid experience in Web testing
Strong background in API and database testing (MS SQL)
Experience in test strategy design and QA process setup
Deep understanding of test design techniques and testing types
Experience building and managing QA teams (interviews, task distribution, mentoring, performance reviews)
Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience in risk assessment and release planning
Strong communication skills
English: Intermediate+ (written), Intermediate (spoken)
Experience in trading/finance domain is a plus
Degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
Responsibilities:
Define and implement QA strategy, processes, and standards
Lead QA activities across multiple modules and teams
Review and improve test documentation (test cases, checklists, test plans)
Ensure full test coverage for Web, API, and integrations
Participate in requirements analysis with BA and Product Owner
Plan QA activities within sprints and releases
Track quality metrics and report status to stakeholders
Manage defect lifecycle and perform root cause analysis
Coordinate regression testing and release validation
Improve test environments and test data management
Collaborate closely with Dev, BA, and DevOps teams
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes and tools
Tech Stack:
Jira, Confluence, MS SQL, Postman, Swagger
TestRail / Zephyr (or similar test management tools)
