🚀 We’re Hiring: QA Team Lead | FinTech

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to join our growing FinTech product team.

In this role, you’ll lead QA initiatives, improve testing processes, mentor engineers, and ensure high product quality across backend systems and payment-related services.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the QA team
• Improve QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards
• Coordinate testing across multiple projects and releases
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Stakeholders
• Perform backend/API testing using Postman & Swagger
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues via Grafana & Kibana
• Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and defect management
• Drive QA automation initiatives and improve automated test coverage
• Support continuous quality improvements across the SDLC

🔹 Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in software testing
• 2+ years leading QA teams or projects
• Knowledge of Kotlin, Playwright and strong FinTech domain experience
• Solid backend/API testng skills
• Hands-on experience with QA automation frameworks and automated testing
• Experience with Grafana, Kibana, and monitoring systems
• Deep understanding of STLC and QA methodologies
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

➕ Nice to Have:
• Experience with payment systems
• gRPC and event-driven architecture testing
• Experience building automation frameworks
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Product mindset and customer-oriented thinking
