🚀 QA Team Lead | FinTech Product

We are looking for an experienced QA Team Lead to join our growing FinTech product team and drive quality across backend systems and payment-related services.

💰 Salary: €6,000–€8,000 net

🔹 Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team
• Improve QA processes, testing strategies, and quality standards
• Coordinate testing activities across projects and releases
• Collaborate closely with Developers, Product Managers, and Stakeholders
• Perform backend and API testing using Postman and Swagger
• Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues using Grafana and Kibana
• Drive test automation initiatives and increase test coverage
• Participate in release planning, risk assessment, and defect management

🔹 Requirements
✔ 5+ years of software testing experience
✔ 2+ years of QA Team Lead experience
✔ Strong FinTech domain knowledge
✔ Hands-on experience with Kotlin and Playwright
✔ Solid backend and API testing expertise
✔ Experience with QA automation frameworks
✔ Experience with Grafana, Kibana, and monitoring tools
✔ Strong understanding of STLC and QA best practices

⭐ Nice to Have
• Experience with payment systems
• Knowledge of gRPC and event-driven architectures
• Experience building automation frameworks from scratch
• Agile/Scrum experience
• Product-oriented mindset and customer focus
