What you will do

• Define and guide the local publishing strategy for VALORANT to achieve game health metrics and player needs.
• Collaborate with Brand, Creative, Influencer, and PR teams to build player-first campaigns and strategies.
• Lead community and media efforts from briefing through execution, impact analysis, and reporting.
• Drive key decisions regarding communication strategies, audience targeting, and community channel integration.
• Advocate for the Oceania market's needs and requirements to the global team.
• Build and scale local partnerships to support the local community and game ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in publishing, business development, or product management.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing initiatives, programs, or small teams.
• Experience building business strategies and managing resources to achieve desired outcomes.
• Strong understanding of the regional/cultural landscape and gaming communities in Australia and New Zealand.

Nice to have

• Experience with community best practices, user acquisition, and funnel optimization.
• Hands-on or strategic experience executing Marketing, Social Media, and Influencer campaigns.
• Ability to manage diverse stakeholders, from coordinator briefings to senior partner strategy.
• Knowledge of channel management, from technical fundamentals to content creation.
