What you will do

• Coordinate between Community, Content, and Production teams to keep players informed about upcoming game changes.
• Negotiate new updates and features with the development team based on player feedback and business requirements.
• Prepare detailed documentation describing new game features and functionality.
• Provide informational support for game releases and act as the primary point of contact between publishing and development.
• Foster collaboration between community teams across various global regions.
• Organize release retrospectives and analyze player feedback through reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in Belgrade, Serbia.
• English: B2 or higher required (written and spoken).
• 2+ years of experience working in a team environment with shared success metrics.
• Extensive experience as an active online PC gamer.
• High level of critical thinking and the ability to argue a specific point of view.
• Proactive and self-driven mindset.

Nice to have

• Deep knowledge and a strong track record of experience playing World of Warships.
• Previous experience within the game industry.
• Proficiency in Russian or Serbian languages.
• Background in community or product management.
