What you will do

  • Define and own the upmarket segment strategy, including ICP refinement and buyer committee mapping.
  • Build compelling enterprise positioning and narrative frameworks to articulate platform value.
  • Develop sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, ROI narratives, and objection-handling guides.
  • Lead pricing and packaging strategy across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise segments in collaboration with Finance.
  • Partner with sales teams on strategic deals to refine messaging based on real-time buyer feedback.
  • Influence the product roadmap by synthesizing enterprise customer needs and advocating for high-impact capabilities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in vertical SaaS and enterprise-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to develop positioning and narratives for complex, multi-product platforms.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise buying cycles and multi-stakeholder decision-making processes.
  • Hands-on experience with pricing and packaging strategy, including tiering models and monetization design.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with comfort engaging both executives and frontline sales teams.
  • Must be based in the United States for this fully remote role.
