What you will do

• Lead and manage the Fixed Income Sales team of 5 FTEs, fostering a high-performance culture and mentoring talent.
• Own the P&L of the Fixed Income business, managing revenue generation, costs, and budget planning.
• Define and execute the strategic direction of the Fixed Income Sales franchise to ensure sustainable growth.
• Provide comprehensive sales coverage for government bonds, SSAs, covered bonds, corporate bonds, and private placements.
• Maintain and expand senior relationships with Swiss and international institutional investors.
• Manage Lead Manager and syndicate roles in primary market transactions, coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree in banking or finance; CFA or FRM certification is a strong plus.
• 8–12+ years of extensive experience in Fixed Income Sales with a strong focus on CHF markets.
• Proven leadership experience managing front-office teams and driving performance.
• Demonstrated track record in revenue generation and client franchise development.
• Established network of Swiss and international institutional investors.
• Fluency in German (mandatory) and English; French or Italian is a strong asset.
