What you will do

• Drive the planning and execution of internal and external capital transactions, including hybrid capital and debt financings.
• Manage the annual internal dividend process and coordinate collections across subsidiaries.
• Execute equity injections, capital reductions, and debt financings in collaboration with tax, legal, and regional CFOs.
• Oversee liquidity management for the listed parent company to ensure optimal cash positioning.
• Contribute to Group insurance policy management and assist in managing relationships with investment banking partners.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in debt capital markets or corporate finance at an Investment Bank.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Strong project management skills with experience coordinating stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
• Independent, resilient, and detail-oriented mindset with a track record of driving initiatives.

• Additional treasury experience within a financial institution.
• Additional language skills.
