What you will do

• Lead and supervise the Funds Desk Trading team, providing people management for a team of 3.
• Oversee the timely and accurate execution of client orders for both online and non-online tradable products.
• Manage working orders and provide personalized support for Institutional and High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI).
• Coordinate with brokers and counterparties while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Manage the fixing of Lombard loan rates on the Funds universe and monitor market trends.
• Lead strategic projects to enhance the trader's environment and update internal/external trading processes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years track record in Funds Trading.
• Previous experience in a leadership role.
• Very good understanding of trailer fee business.
• Fluent in English and French (German is a plus).
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver tasks in a stressful, deadline-driven environment.
