What you will do

• Conduct payment investigations with internal stakeholders and external correspondent banks via SWIFT, email, and telephone.
• Document and resolve cases in the internal case management application in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Analyze and process open cash positions and perform reconciliation.
• Prepare and process internal reversals.
• Perform first-level filtering for real-time sanction hits and escalate matches to the Compliance team.

Requirements

• Profound knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, and SIC payments processing and ISO20022 messages.
• Fluent in English and German.
• High attention to detail and proven problem-solving skills.
• Strong team-player attitude with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Sound risk awareness and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
