What you will do

• Monitor infrastructure and application dashboards in a 24/7 command center environment.
• Identify and troubleshoot production incidents to prevent customer impact.
• Manage incident tickets, severity assessments, and escalations via ServiceNow.
• Analyze system logs and metrics using Splunk and AppDynamics.
• Troubleshoot Linux servers, batch job failures, and processing delays.
• Coordinate resolutions with L2 support, platform teams, and engineering departments.

Requirements

• Must be based in Charlotte, NC and available for onsite work.
• Experience in production support or system operations.
• Proficiency in Linux troubleshooting and log analysis.
• Experience with Splunk, AppDynamics, and Autosys.
• Strong skills in Oracle and SQL for data validation.
• Ability to work a 12-hour shift schedule (Sunday-Tuesday, alternating Wednesdays).

Nice to have

• Background in banking or financial services.
• Experience in Mission Control or Command Center environments.
• Previous L1/L2 production support experience.
