What you will do

• Support and maintain IT infrastructure solutions to ensure stability and security.
• Monitor systems for optimum performance and high availability.
• Install, configure, and maintain critical systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve internally-reported and customer system problems.
• Implement and monitor corporate security policies.
• Document and implement system procedures, policies, and event logs.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of experience in systems or network administration.
• Five years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory Infrastructure (ADDS, DNS, Group Policy).
• Must be based in the United States (except California).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree and industry-standard certifications (CISSP, AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Strong scripting skills in PowerShell, VBScript, or other AD-related command-line tools.
• Experience with Splunk and/or Chronicle.
• Proficiency in MFA, SSO, Kerberos, PAM, Azure tools, and REST API.
• Familiarity with NIST, PCI-DSS, and other industry security frameworks.
