What you will do
- Define and maintain the target Salesforce architecture across Sales, Service, and Revenue Cloud.
- Establish clear system-of-record boundaries and integration patterns between Salesforce and SAP.
- Assess current platform technical debt and drive a roadmap for global standardization and stabilization.
- Provide architectural oversight and design reviews for internal teams, partners, and offshore resources.
- Partner with business and IT leadership to translate complex commercial needs into scalable architecture decisions.
- Mentor admins and developers to improve overall delivery practices and maturity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience with Salesforce, including platform architecture ownership in an enterprise environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with CPQ / Revenue Cloud in complex pricing and quote-to-order scenarios.
- Proven experience integrating Salesforce with SAP, maintaining financial and product logic in SAP.
- Experience supporting complex B2B sales models, including distributors and multi-tier channel structures.
- Background working in companies with multiple regions and active transformation programs.
- Must be authorized to work in the US and capable of occasional travel to Andover, MA.
