What you will do

• Set up, write, and edit programs for CNC lathes, mills, and drills.
• Maintain high quality and strict tolerances within .0003”.
• Interpret work order routings, prints, sketches, and layout sheets.
• Perform tool presets, re-sharpening, and equipment inspections using micrometers and bore gages.
• Execute preventative maintenance procedures and adhere to company safety policies.
• Generate accurate labor and time reports.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of CNC machine tool programming and operating experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent with technical school education.
• Ability to operate at least two different types of CNC machine tools.
• Previous experience as a manual machinist.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical machine drawings.
