What you will do

• Set up and operate CNC brake presses, punch presses, and lasers to produce sheet metal components.
• Maintain part accuracy by following blueprints, routing sequences, and performing machine adjustments.
• Monitor equipment during operation and report any technical issues or quality concerns to the supervisor.
• Conduct visual inspections of parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Comply with all safety policies and maintain a clean, organized work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of sheet metal forming experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions.
• Must successfully establish employment eligibility and complete background checks.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work onsite in Germantown, WI.
