What you will do

  • Manage employee data within the Workday HRIS and generate headcount and performance analytics.
  • Collaborate with managers and Talent Acquisition to facilitate recruitment, conduct interviews, and manage the onboarding process.
  • Coach and counsel employees and frontline leaders on performance management and conflict resolution.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and partner with legal teams on ethics-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, ADA, AA/EEO, and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate employee engagement and community activities through the Employee Spirit Committee.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive HR experience.
  • 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or distribution center environment.
  • Experience using HRIS systems for data management and metrics.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in St Pauls, NC.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and relationship management skills.

Nice to have

  • Professional HR certification.
  • Experience with Workday HRIS.
