hirify.global is a global nonprofit organization dedicated to eliminating physical disability caused by untreated clubfoot through a scalable, non-surgical treatment model.

What you will do

  • Support administrative management by reviewing and tracking partner expense reports and financial documentation.
  • Monitor partner deliverables, manage reporting deadlines, and coordinate revisions to ensure quality standards.
  • Organize partner meetings, prepare agendas, document minutes, and track action points.
  • Maintain program documentation including reports, financial backups, and correspondence in cloud systems.
  • Support inventory planning and track logistical processes for equipment shipments to ensure successful delivery.
  • Provide technical assistance to partners regarding reporting tools and standard program processes.

Requirements

  • Must reside in and have a valid work permit for Senegal
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support or program coordination, preferably in nonprofit or public health sectors.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based document management systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, or International Development preferred.
