What you will do

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of Atlassian tools, specifically Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Direct the operation and maintenance of software architecture and environments to support business IT needs.
• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure contracted services meet business requirements.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Provide technical support, training, and mentorship to team members as the lead Architect.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of related experience in IT systems and software configuration.
• Deep understanding of CI/CD, engineering, and business processes.
• Proficiency in software environments and managing upgrades.
• Location: Must be based in Louisville, CO

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Proficiency with Atlassian automation tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
