What you will do

• Manage high volumes of patient and internal billing inquiries, including denial resolution and insurance verification.
• Handle claims end-to-end via clearinghouses to ensure a seamless billing experience for patients and providers.
• Streamline RCM processes by suggesting automation tools and maintaining reliable execution.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for RCM workflows and proactively identify process gaps.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, Payer Ops, and Customer Experience teams.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to test and optimize AI-powered billing automation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in revenue cycle, medical billing, or healthcare operations.
• Familiarity with insurance billing workflows, including claim submission, denial management, and ERA reconciliation.
• Professional and empathetic communication skills for patient de-escalation.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
