What you will do

• Lead and direct the end-to-end product development planning process for strategic, critical new toy launches.
• Develop and administer budgets, schedules, and performance standards for the unit.
• Coordinate and escalate issues across development, manufacturing, and quality groups, assigning ownership for resolution.
• Manage stakeholders and allocate cross-functional resources, including costing, engineering, and soft goods.
• Prioritize workflows based on Project Critical Path activities.
• Lead project review meetings and document key action points.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, English, or Project Management.
• 8+ years of Project Management experience with complex consumer products in a multinational corporation (MNC).
• Proficient English presentation and communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and Project Life Cycles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Resilience to dynamic team structures and excellent interpersonal skills.
