TL;DR

Location: Chengdu, China (Relocation support provided)

What you will do

  • Coordinate projects and human resources in close collaboration with the Production Director to meet capacity needs.
  • Track project production status, generate reports, and analyze trends to identify and resolve potential risks.
  • Work with PMO and ERP teams to perform troubleshooting and implement system improvements.
  • Assist in setting studio goals across disciplines, forecasting capacity, and monitoring real-time output.
  • Participate in internal and cross-studio meetings to report status and compile risk records.

Requirements

  • Over 3 years of experience in resource coordination or project management.
  • Academic background or project experience in data analysis.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and macros.
  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • Good English speaking and writing skills.
  • Must be based in or able to relocate to Chengdu, China.

Nice to have

  • Experience working within the gaming industry.
  • PMP certification.
  • Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Tableau, Python, or R.
  • Overseas study or work experience.
