What you will do

• Manage product development programs from the concept phase through to market launch.
• Drive end-to-end project delivery, ensuring realistic, evidence-based timelines and budget adherence.
• Perform comprehensive risk management and maintain strong communication with all key stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and maximize the performance of an engineering team of 4-5 engineers.
• Collaborate with system and subsystem teams to ensure high-quality delivery of V&V activities.
• Implement strategic and operational objectives to achieve organizational missions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of related experience.
• At least 3 years of project management experience specifically within the medical devices industry.
• Experience leading small engineering teams and familiarity with V&V and Design transfer activities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Must be based in Suzhou, China.
