What you will do

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach teams to become high-performing, self-organizing, and outcome-focused.
• Support Product Owners with backlog refinement, prioritization, and release planning.
• Identify and remove impediments that impact team delivery and flow.
• Protect the team from external disruptions and unplanned work.
• Promote transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies across Business, IT, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 7-9 years of experience working as a Scrum Master in an Agile delivery environment.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively in fast-changing and complex environments.
• Practical understanding of Agile principles with a hands-on delivery mindset.
• Experience working with both Technology and Business teams.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master or Agile certification (e.g., PSM, CSM).
• Background in technology delivery, software development, or digital transformation.
