What you will do

• Lead and implement group legal strategies to align with general business objectives.
• Execute complex corporate transactions, including M&A, joint ventures, and global restructurings.
• Manage corporate governance, reorganisations, and board secretarial duties.
• Draft and review legal documents while providing holistic risk assessments.
• Partner with cross-functional and regional teams to resolve legal matters of varying sensitivity.
• Provide legal training to non-legal colleagues to improve company-wide risk management.

Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in a leading jurisdiction.
• 8+ years of post-qualification experience working at a top law firm or in-house at a high-growth company.
• Proven expertise in managing complex legal projects across multiple global jurisdictions.
• Strong technical legal expertise combined with exceptional business acumen.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be based in Europe.
