Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL; New York, NY; or Dallas, TX. Onsite presence required.

Salary: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

What you will do

• Serve as a community ambassador for TurboTax, engaging prospects and converting them into long-term clients.
• Provide professional tax advice and complete return preparation for individuals and businesses.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and minimize tax liabilities for clients.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences both in-person and via video communication tools.
• Manage a growing portfolio of clients through proactive networking and local marketing events.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney.
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 50+ individual 1040 returns per season.
• Availability for a flexible 25–34 hour weekly schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Must reside within the United States.
• Knowledge of Circular 230 and professional tax software.

Nice to have

• Bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish).
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond basic filing.
