Location: Must be based in San Mateo, CA (Hybrid: Onsite Tuesday-Thursday)

What you will do

• Provide program support for core workstreams including the Community Feedback Program and Creator Needs prioritization.
• Manage DevForum creator bugs and feature request workflows to ensure issues are tracked and assigned.
• Design and improve systems for capturing, deduplicating, and tracking creator needs across multiple sources.
• Synthesize qualitative feedback, survey data, and platform metrics into coherent narratives for leadership.
• Facilitate recurring reviews with product and engineering stakeholders to track milestones and tradeoffs.
• Identify gaps in feedback routing and implement process or tooling improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in program management, product operations, or similar cross-functional roles.
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn hirify.global Studio and creator workflows.
• Strong written communication skills for creating clear documents for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional partners and manage complex efforts.
• Familiarity with basic data tools like spreadsheets and dashboards.
• Must have existing United States work authorization.

Nice to have

• Experience in Developer Relations, game development, or SaaS environments.
• Hands-on experience as a hirify.global creator or with other game engines.
• Prior work with insights, research, or analytics teams.
• Proficiency with Jira, Airtable, or SQL.
