What you will do

• Map and analyze the end-to-end user journey from initial discovery to long-term product retention.
• Bridge organizational gaps between marketing, web, commerce, and product teams to create a cohesive user experience.
• Provide product leadership on strategic initiatives including commerce platforms and asset distribution.
• Identify growth opportunities, build business cases, and lead cross-functional execution.
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• English: C1 proficiency required for professional communication
• Proven experience in product management with a track record of handling complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong full-funnel mindset with experience analyzing user lifecycles and churn.
• Data fluency with the ability to interpret metrics and form hypotheses for data-driven decisions.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and driving progress without a pre-defined roadmap.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship available.

Nice to have

• Experience with commerce systems like Magenta or marketplace dynamics.
• Background in growth product management or lifecycle marketing.
• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in search, recommendations, or GTM strategies.
