What you will do
- Map and analyze the end-to-end user journey from initial discovery to long-term product retention.
- Bridge organizational gaps between marketing, web, commerce, and product teams to create a cohesive user experience.
- Provide product leadership on strategic initiatives including commerce platforms and asset distribution.
- Identify growth opportunities, build business cases, and lead cross-functional execution.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and marketing stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.
Requirements
- English: C1 proficiency required for professional communication
- Proven experience in product management with a track record of handling complex, cross-functional projects.
- Strong full-funnel mindset with experience analyzing user lifecycles and churn.
- Data fluency with the ability to interpret metrics and form hypotheses for data-driven decisions.
- Experience navigating ambiguity and driving progress without a pre-defined roadmap.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA; no visa sponsorship available.
Nice to have
- Experience with commerce systems like Magenta or marketplace dynamics.
- Background in growth product management or lifecycle marketing.
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications in search, recommendations, or GTM strategies.
- Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
