What you will do
- Create custom level collision using Unreal Engine 5 that matches visual assets and feels intuitive.
- Ensure the collision path for the player is solid and correctly tagged with sounds and navigation flags.
- Collaborate with Designers, Artists, Engineering, and QA to refine the player experience.
- Maintain deep knowledge of game design to effectively accomplish technical tasks.
- Manage schedules and milestones for multiple levels throughout production.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience as a game artist or game designer.
- Proficiency in Unreal Engine 5.
- Experience with collision detection techniques within a game engine.
- Strong technical savvy combined with artistic sensibilities.
- Ability to communicate professionally across multiple departments.
Nice to have
- Previous experience in QA testing.
- Experience working on 3rd person action-adventure titles.
