Salary: $3,500 - $6,150 biweekly

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise and solutions to artists, animators, and riggers to enhance project quality.
• Collaborate across departments to devise comprehensive solutions for iteration efficiency.
• Research and implement appropriate tools and processes for high-fidelity virtual production.
• Establish performance and memory objectives and conduct thorough testing in builds.
• Develop optimized shaders and resolve bottlenecks within Unreal Engine to maintain high frame rates.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and assist in scrum task definition.

Requirements

• Expertise in DCC tools such as Maya, Max, Blender, Substance, and Photoshop for high-end realtime assets.
• Proficiency in Unreal Engine, including Blueprinting, lighting, rendering, and content integration.
• Strong understanding of realtime performance constraints and the ability to identify bottlenecks.
• Experience with photo-real PC projects, color-managed pipelines (ACES/OCIO), and HDR rendering.
• Deep proficiency in shader development using HLSL or GLSL.
• Proficiency with version control systems such as Perforce or Git.
