What you will do

• Develop and lead comprehensive creator and influencer strategies for Fortnite launches and live-service beats.
• Build and manage relationships with key gaming creators, streamers, athletes, and talent representatives.
• Translate brand objectives into measurable creator programs that drive audience engagement and commercial impact.
• Lead high-profile integrations from planning through execution, including negotiations and experiential activations.
• Present strategic recommendations and campaign plans to senior leadership.
• Partner cross-functionally with Paid Media, Brand, and Competitive teams to deliver cohesive global campaigns.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or talent relations within gaming or entertainment.
• Deep understanding of the Fortnite ecosystem, livestream culture, and major social platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X).
• Proven track record managing high-profile creator or celebrity partnerships and complex negotiations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-volume environments with multiple concurrent launches.
• Demonstrated operational rigor and ability to balance creative thinking with business impact.
