What you will do

• Spearhead the creation and implementation of compliance programs aligned with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
• Transform compliance requirements into actionable project plans, managing timelines and resources.
• Monitor compliance metrics, including audit completion rates, training participation, and incident frequency.
• Act as the key liaison between compliance teams, project stakeholders, and department heads.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify compliance gaps and implement proactive corrective actions.
• Ensure that certifications, specifically ISO27001, are achieved and maintained.

Requirements

• Prior experience in compliance management, project management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in contemporary web tools such as Google Docs, Zapier, Linear, or similar.
• Familiarity with developing compliance programs or managing ISO27001 certifications.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Exceptional organizational skills, analytical thinking, and a meticulous approach to tasks.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, remote-first work environment.
